Thank you for shopping with UNV India. We aim to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Return & No Refund Policy
All products purchased from UNV India are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once an order has been placed and successfully delivered, we do not accept returns and we do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances.
Replacement for Damaged Products Only
We offer replacement only if the product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The issue must be reported within 48–72 hours (2–3 days) of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Customers must provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage.
- The damage must not be caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
Requests reported after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Replacement Process
1. Contact our support team within 48–72 hours of delivery.
2. Share your Order Number, clear photos or video of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Our team will review the request and verify the damage.
4. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.
Please note:
- Replacement is subject to verification by our support team.
- Only one replacement per order will be provided.
- We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been delivered.
