Return & Refund Policy – UNV

At UNV, we always strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund of the paid amount.

Please note: We only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.unvindia.in. Any return requests for products bought through third-party marketplaces, retail outlets, or distributors will not be accepted.

 


 

Return Policy

  • You can return items purchased from UNV within 15 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

  • Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer product exchanges.

  • Returned items will be refunded once they pass our quality check.

 


 

Guidelines for a Valid Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:

  • All original product tags are intact and the item is in its original packaging.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • In case of missing items or wrong products, you must share video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within 24 working hours of delivery. Claims without proof may not be accepted.

 


 

Free Returns for Wrong/Defective Orders

Returns are free of cost if you have received:

  • Wrong products (incorrect style/size)

  • Damaged or defective products

If the returned item does not pass our quality check, it will be shipped back to you.

 


 

How to Return a Product

  1. Go to “My Orders” on our website and select the item you wish to return.

  2. Follow the steps to create a Return Request.

  3. Keep the item ready for pickup. Our courier partner will collect it from your doorstep.

Alternatively, you can raise a return request by emailing us at unv@gmail.com with your Order ID, product name, and SKU.

You will receive a confirmation email once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

 


 

Pickup & Shipping

  • Our courier partner will attempt pickup 3 times. If unsuccessful, the request will be marked as failed.

  • For non-serviceable pin codes, customers may self-ship the item. In such cases, we will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹100.

 


 

Important Notes

  1. Please ensure you hand over the correct product to the pickup agent. We are not responsible if a wrong item is returned.

  2. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the item passes quality check.
